Re: Weekly Sightings
OK,,,so taking pictures of classic chevy trucks I see in a week is like shooting fish in a barrel. You can't hardly spit in this town without hitting a classic car or truck. Everybody and their dog has one (or two or ten), which is not really a bad thing,,,,after all I get tired of looking at all the "new" cookie cutter cars and trucks out there. Old sheet metal rules!!! Here is just a few we have kicking around.

Re: Weekly Sightings
Your welcome. All the pics were taken through the open window of my car. I thought you would like that last one, taken at a lake about 20 miles from town.

Re: Weekly Sightings
first truck, poor old girl, survived a tornado and is now forsale in atkins, runs and drive. the caddy, well i thought it was awesome to see a big bodied car. the orange truck was amazing. stock exhaust, the truck ran so smooth and so quiet i didnt hear that it was even running. and if you guys could only see the blue truck better, its flawless and beautiful. not a thing wrong with it.

Re: Weekly Sightings
GM rally wheels seem to really set these trucks off. Nice trucks

Re: Weekly Sightings
Came across this one the other day. It was my second time seeing this truck. I actually got to speak to the owner, she told me that her dad bought the truck brand new. It looked like a typical farm use and the body was actually strait with all moldings present.

Re: Weekly Sightings
heres my sightings. saw this truck yesterday, this is bosshogg69's project he is (re)building. i say (re) because it was a truck at one time, now its a wicked machine in the works. i gave him a hand setting the cab on the frame for some floor pan cutting for the tremec 5spd he has in it. 468 bbc, full cpp suspension, tank relocation, full swap bar setup, widened rear boss wheels with 335s! it'll be a nice truck when finished, he cant find a good painter that can get the job done. so if anyone knows of a real good quality painter in Central Ar, let me or him know. and the other pic is of an old longbed thats a daily driver cruising down the road.

Re: Weekly Sightings
I saw this GMC shortbed at a local gas station. I wanted to go talk to the owner but by the time I got done inside he was leaving. I love the big back window with the wrap around windshield.

Re: Weekly Sightings
Last night we were taking my son-in-law out for his birthday and had a breakdown with my 98 Tahoe. We pulled in at an old friends house and got a ride back to the house to get a different vehicle. I thought yall might like seeing their rolling fleet. They've used them daily as long as I've known them. The red 71 they've had since 72 when it started life as a C/10. They've had a big influence on my love for these trucks over the years.
Here are the pics, starting with the broken heater hose valve and it's replacement.
