71 c10 question:....help!

I have a 71 c10 2wd it has a 95 stepside bed...I have two questions....first is this: I am toying with the idea of lifting it up and putting mud tires on it...not a prerunner but I just like the 4x4 look don't really play in the mud anymore just like the look...I have been looking and looking and can't find anybody that sells a suspension lift kit for this model truck....can anybody help me out with how I can lift this truck besides a body lift, it has coil springs up front and in back...nothing huge but 3 inches or so....also I am wanting to relocate the gas tank and take it out of the cab and put it under the bed...not in the rear but closer to the cab so I can use the factory gas door on the drivers side of the bed...does anybody know of which gas tank would work for this setup...I am wanting to buy a new tank and not use a fuel cell.
