wtb 67-72 truck

Hi, my name is Kris. I'm looking to buy my first truck. I am looking for a 1967-72 truck. I would like a fairly complete truck, with limited to mild rust. I would prefer a C10 but will consider others. I am located in Ontario, Canada. I am only looking for a truck that is reasonably close (ie. Ontario, Michigan, Ohio). Thanks, Kris

Blue Beard, thanks for the offer, but I'm looking for a cheap truck to rebuild and tranportation across country would really eat into the budget. -Kris

Brian, I'm in Windsor. I saw that truck on autotrader too, but it's in the Ottawa area (close to 10 hours away). I'd rather get a truck in SW Ontario, Michigan or NE Ohio as they are much closer to me.
Dtlilly, I would like a 67-72 C-10, fleet side, long or short bed, doesn't matter, price range less than $3000.
Thanks, Kris

I have a 67 C10, LWB, Fleetside, V8, 3 on the tree that's for sale. I'm asking $575.00 for it. Has some rust in all the usual places. It runs good, doesn't burn oil. Don't need it as bad as I need the money. I live just Northeast of Dayton, Ohio.

Ohiodan can you email me some more pictures and tell more about the condition of your truck. I'm kinda new to these trucks so I'm not exactly sure where rust usually attacks. I have heard about the cab corners and rockers though.
thanks, Kris

I have a 72 cheyenne original big block truck (engine missing, but could supply a 396 builder) Blue and white 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive. Has rust, but roadworthy with engine. Can give you more info if interested. $1200 with 2 396 blocks, cranks, 1 set of heads. In northern MN. Eric No pics right now.

Hi Kris:

Just a comment, if you bring back a truck from the US make sure it has a title, if it doesn't have a title it's a parts truck and will be unregisterable. (at least with that VIN tag) Bringing a vehicle from the US is pretty easy, if you need some advice on how just ask.

BTW don't discount the Ottawa truck just cause it's 10 hours away, I'm going up there on Nov 8 to pick up a 4bolt 350 and some parts for the trucks and the Pontiac. If you're willing to split the gas, truck and trailor rental I'd bring it back for you.

Ron
