Re: Parting out 1971 1/2 ton longbed

The tailgate is nice from the outside, There are some issues on the inside, that is why it is priced accordingly. There is a bow and some dents on the inside. The bow is mainly on the bottom of the gate, You can see by the pics there isn't a big sweep on the top.

How about the instrument cluster and harness needed to switch from the idiot light to the gauges?

Re: Parting out 1971 1/2 ton longbed

I will have to see how good the wiring is this weekend. Most of the time they are hacked up pretty bad. Here is a pic of the gauge cluster. I'd like $25 plus shipping on the cluster, I can let you know about the entire wiring harness. Jenn

Re: Parting out 1971 1/2 ton longbed

The seats were out of a 90's truck. And really dirty, so we put them out front for free and someone took them. I see you are close to me, are you in need of a bench seat? Or are you just looking for something different? Let me know. thanks Jenn

Re: Parting out 1971 1/2 ton longbed

I was thinking about bucket seats cuz I couldn't find the hardware for my bench seat, until today. I went to a local junk yard and found something I think will work. I'll know tomorrow. I do need some advice on the temperature gauge sending wire. I can't sseem to find mine. I can see the sending unit, but the wire is gonzo.
Thanks for your time.
Dug

Is that a factory rear slider? If so how much? Also what are you looking to get for a clean pair of fenders? Thanks Todd
