Re: thread for 67 post em up i know it has been done ,but 60 66 guys have it
Rick aka 67Chevy1series - This is the first time I saw this post. As I've been reading the posts, I kept expecting to see a pic of my 67 taken thru the chain link fence at the Winton storage place (stored there for 9 years). Since you are from A t w a t er, and the storage place is just a couple miles from A t w a ter High, I figured you might have snapped a picture.
Here are a couple pics of when she was in storage, with the Toyota camper shell, the boat cover over the roof and the tire holding the boat cover down. Then a pic of what she looked like when I got her home and after a bath. Finally, a pic of her as she sits now, two months later, with a rattle can primer paint job. Well, I guess I messed up the order of the pics, but they are all there.

Re: thread for 67 post em up i know it has been done ,but 60 66 guys have it
Edit: Ah, you posted as I was typing this! Nice K10 short box! And what would you take for that 58/59 4x4 back there???
Does anyone else have a K series? I'm changing my Chevy to a GMC front clip and have 3/4 ton axles from a '77 under it. Someday I'll swap the auto-hubs for manual hubs... but for now she's under a tarp waiting for bay space to clear up. The stock 292 has been rebuilt .060 over w/268* cam, have a Clifford intake/exhaust, going to run FAST's self-tuning EZ-EFI, might regear it for towing (I rock crawl Toyotas) or add a Gear Vendors overdrive. I was thinking about doing a NV4500 swap to have 5 speeds but I bought a 71 SM465/NP203 for $100 and it all works. Anyways, here's a 67 C10 parts truck ($800 pawn shop score) that gave up an engine, trans and 12-bolt 4.10 Eaton posi: And my good old Mavis, when she was in one piece: Somehow I lost all the pictures of rust removal and when I first got her... yay, technology. >>Dan
