Re: Parting 63 Chevy 1/2 Ton 6 Cylinder

Can you send me a photo and give me details on the Model Data Plate by the drivers left foot? If it's in good shape and similar to mine I might want it?

Any chance you'd be willing to cut the dash where the switches go, under the cluster. mine has been chopped up by what I can best guess as a can opener from WWII.

If you are talking about the part that bolts to the inner fender it would be $25 plus the ride. The column itself has been sold. Thanks

I removed the column and the shifter arm and then boxed so it would be ready to go. You stated that payment was sent. I have not yet received it. Whats up?

Re: Parting 63 Chevy 1/2 Ton 6 Cylinder

Hi thanks for the inquiry. The grille support is not in good condition. I think I have a good one from a 61. Shipping usually runs about $60. Thanks Paul

Re: Parting 63 Chevy 1/2 Ton 6 Cylinder

Here is a picture of the dash piece I need, just the part in the red box. Hope this helps, if this is way too much work I understand. I'm not sure how much work it is to cut that part of the dash out. The more I think about it, the more trouble I think it might be for you for little money.

Re: Parting 63 Chevy 1/2 Ton 6 Cylinder

I'm looking for a couple of the bed strips that go on top of the wood. Rusty is ok but not rotten. I need the long strips from a short bed..

Re: Parting 63 Chevy 1/2 Ton 6 Cylinder

This was a long bed and pretty tough shape. I do not think I have any shortbeds right now. I will double check tomorrow but probably do not have one. Thanks Paul
