What thread is the pivot bolt for turn signal cam?

I cant seem to find one around the house that fits it, is it a shoulder bolt or just a fine thread 8-32? 10-32 or 10/24?

if i remember right its a flat headed corse thread screw.not sure of the thread size...kinda like a washer made on the head phillips screw.
