Possibly a dumb question...
But can I use the in-cab fuel tank bolts for an amp ground? Or is this dangerous? Its seems like it would be ok, since its all connected to the frame, but I just want to make sure

I did, and it worked great! just make sure that the cab is appropriately grounded to the frame rail on the underside of the cab with a ground strap.

Cool! Thats what I figured. Attaching electrical to a fuel tank just made me stop and think haha

No worries. Look at it this way, all vehicles have electrical fuel level sending units submerged in the gas tank and all modern cars have electric fuel pumps submerged in there too.
