Yes I actually have all that you need. I will be at the shop tomorrow and will take good pics. If it works for you I will get a shipping quote and price.

The small one that goes on the DS cab behind door is pretty rough. Not sure it show in pic. I have a hard time pricing misc pieces...is $40 fair?
