The cost will vary depending on the condition of the truck, single stage or base/clear, etc.

Stay away from Earl Scheib, in Canoga Park. My son went against my advice and had his '70 Dart done there. We had blocked out the whole car dead smooth, but when he got it back (I didn't notice it at first, since he had gone away with it to college for several months), there were dings in the paint all over the edges. The only way that the dings would be there with the new paint and clear coat would be if it was done before the new paint was sprayed. Never again.

...and, as leddzepp says, it will depend on condition and what you want. I've spent over a year on my '68 Buick Skylark, and am still not satisfied with the condition to paint it. If I had that amount of work done at a body shop, it would have totaled the car.
