I have thought about that, as that's how I had it before. But I wasn't to fond of the resonance and I want to keep the underside cleaner aside from the road grime I am already going to get. A pit picky I know, but its something I am just going to have to think about.

You can get rid of the resonance by having the tips point straight down at the ground and also get you a pair of Stainless steel Resonators from Allens.
