What is this Plug? Pics inside!

Can anyone tell me what this is? I have no wires running to it? It is on the passenger side firewall?

Compressor relay? So what was it used for on the original equipment? I have a new 383 installed now.

Unless someone moved it to there it's not for the AC that I know of. The AC relay is inside on my 71 cab.
It maybe a relay for something at one time though.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

If its for the AC Compressor, Should it be hooked up to it? I do have an updated Compressor that was put on, along with the new motor?

I believe that's the relay that keeps it from Dieseling.I can't remember what it's actually called.
Maybe anti-dieseling relay?

Not sure if its the same relay but I have one on my non a/c '70 It goes to a vac solenoid on the intake. The vac lines go to the vac advance on the distributor. I figured it was some kind of California emissions or something?

It is not relay for a/c it is a relay for tcs ( transmission controlled spark) it was connected to trans and vac advance and pulled timing out when truck sent into high gear. It was early emission device and had a vac solenoid that was electric and vac. Operated. On intake.

I'm with 72 super on this me. Pretty sure it is the TCS relay (having recently done a fair bit of research on the the TCS). You can search the forum for TCS and yo should find similar pictures of a relay in the same spot.
