Need advise on my fuel system setup

Hey guys I just picked up a 5.3 w tranny for my '68. I need some advise on a fuel system setup, I would prefer to relocate my tank under the bed and with that said,
In tank pump or rail pump, I've heard the rail pumps are super loud!?
Fuel lines and fittings, where's the best place to get that stuff?
What size and style fuel lines?
Any help to get me in the right direction would be awesome!
