After reading this thread Elliot949 did play by the rules. If someone wants to offer a lower bid it is up to the seller to discern the offer. If in the mean time if someone offers the asking price it's the sellers prerogative to sell to the item to whom he/she desires at the price he/she desires. The risk one takes in offering a low offer is the possibility of losing it to a buyer who will offer the asking price.

The funny thing is this just happened to me also as a Buyer... You just don't cry over spilled milk... No Foul No Harm...
