Tom, I was lucky, I just cleaned them with soap and water. The truck has been garaged most of it's life so, I'm sure that helped.

Bugz, you can click on my build thread in my signature for some additional photos and the back story on this truck. It's pretty straight forward. I did add a signal processor for the speedo.

The panel is more than a restored cluster, but not a great deal. I picked these up on ebay for a decent price. Very happy with the quality.

Z10 where can I get a gauge cluster just like that? By far the best one I have seen yet. Same with the steering wheel. I too need a GMC.

Thanks Syndrome.

Check the link in my previous post for an ebay auction that has the steering wheel. The gauge cluster is made by Classic Instruments. You'll find the on the web and many suppliers carry their products. I believe I found the best price on ebay.
