Tailgate was taken off when new & stored, a few light scratches in the chrome, no dents

Ok after checking again truck was a 79 not a 77.

77 would have had the yellow trim, not black. Regardless, NICE tailgate!

What would be underneath that tailgate if you took the panel off? CHEVROLET in bigger letters or blank?
