Re: Billet Alum Radio Dash Plate-Repair or Dress Up

A couple questions...

x2 on IAFF2407's question - Does the ashtray close all the way? Looks like it may hit the bottom of the bezel.

Secondly, will this work with the factory air vent that is above it?

Thanks

Mike

Re: Billet Alum Radio Dash Plate-Repair or Dress Up

If you look at the pics, you see we cut a uniform bevel all around the plate. There is no "cutout" for the ashtray. That would just be crude. I haven't checked it for clearance with an AC center vent...maybe you can also tell that by looking at the pics.

More coming soon!

Re: Billet Alum Radio Dash Plate-Repair or Dress Up

Does this sit on top of the indented area for the stock radio, or sit inside of it? It looks like it sits on top of the indent, but I'm not really sure.

Re: Billet Alum Radio Dash Plate-Repair or Dress Up

Frank, if you can get me one that is polished neatly all over the front and edges, I definitely want one. The brushed looks very nice, but it's just not fitting for my interior. I am prepared to send you a PayPal payment immediately. No excuses here, when time to pay. Please just let me know, either way. Thanks. -Dylan

Re: Billet Alum Radio Dash Plate-Repair or Dress Up

I have one left. There will not be any more of these. The machine shop flaked out and the cost to retool again is too high. Someone else makes a nice one on here, so no need for these also. Send me a PayPal if you would like the last one: $75 raw or $95 polished edges & brushed. thanks, frank
