Tie Rods for Drag link???

Ok.....maybe a stupid question. Can you use Moog tie rod ends for the drag link ends on a 71 Burb 4x4? They seem to be the same size and look very similar. Thanks for any help you can provide.

If they are for the tie rod they don't offer the same max operating angle as the drag link ends.

Just looked at this thread and these are the part #s. If you look up Federal's website, the call them tie rod ends but seems they are for the drag link set-up.???
