72 K5 Blazer Leaf Springs

I need to know if a 74 front Leaf Spring will fit a 72 Front Axle

It will fit the axle, just not the blazer.

The distance between the spring eyes on a first gen Blazer (69-72) is shorter than a second gen on up (73+). The second gen spring will be too long for a first gen truck. This is only the case for the front axle.

Yes, install new spring hangers or move the factory hangers to accomodate the longer springs.
