Kilometers 28900 - Miles 17918
1971 Chevrolet 3/4 ton K-20 4x4. Former Swiss Fire Brigade unit. Custom built body by Aiebi in Zurich. 292 Straight six, 4 speed manual trans, zero rust, roof rack for a ladder, roof is aluminum diamond plate, seating for 6, storage compartments with tilt up doors each side and double doors at the rear. Front axle shafts are missing but it is driveable as is.

That's not a 71 grill. 69 or 70 grill isn't it?

didn't catch the grill...kept staring at the rear. Your right that is a 70 or earlier grill unless.

I wonder if it was sold as a incomplete sort of like a P30 and it got titles as the year the conversion was completed? I know Motor homes are titeld for the year they are completed. It's also possible that it was in a wreck over there and they ordered the wrong parts.

If you look real close you can make out the flange style hubs. They are the full time 4x4 type...

That unimog on the back ground is pretty cool but the chevy is just too wierd for me..

Yep it's a 416 mog. I was looking for mogs when I ran accross the picture. My wife said I could have one. I think it's a Jedi Mind trick because I amd going to have to get rid of a couple toys to afford a new one. Looking at a U1300 with a radio box to convert into a E cab for the kids to ride in. Then build it out as a camper.
