What tire size with 20's

There are tons of pictures of trucks with 20 inch wheels but not many tire sizes are listed to go with. I have boss 338's 8.5 and 10 staggered wheels and the truck is lowered. So what tire sizes would be best for this? And if you have pictures to go with that would be great.

Possible ideas:
255/35r20
315/35r20

255/35r20
275/40r20

245/40r20
295/40r20

What's your backspacing? How low will you be?
I'm bagged with 245/35/20, 285/30/20.

I'm sure people are getting pretty sick of my posting RAT on the Forum.
But your question includes the exact wheels and sizes as mine.

So, instead of suggesting that you use the search on the upper right corner
of this page by typing in "Boss 338", and then clicking 67-72chevytrucks.com>
"enter", I'll post these pics again. Sorry for those of you that have seen these
over and over.

For more tire wheel profiles, check that searched section out.

FWIW, the pics of the truck with silver paint include billet wheel spacers...
...1.5" in the rear and 1.0" in the front.

The picture before the paint has the 1.0" spacers out back that ended up in the front.
Those are due to Boss 338 having pathetic/no choices in backspacing at the time.

But, let's not start that one again.

Also, just a matter of personal taste...Next wheel change (if I ever *do* make one)
I'll go down to 18" wheels with more sidewall meat. As I said, just a personal choice
of aesthetic.

Re: What tire size with 20's

I am runnning 265/50/20s on my daily driver, but it is a late model. Nitto NT 850s are a great highway tire.
