possible new wheels

Went to the wheel shop tonight to measure for new wheels. They had these on the shelf and decided to put these on for sizing and it's almost a perfect fit. 20x13 what do you think?

Question is can you squeeze that much rim width and tire in there without major clearancing being needed?
