71 C10 body mount questions

My fuel tank replacement project has morphed into a fuel-tank-plus-POR-15-the-frame-and-maybe-replace-body-mounts project. I figured that while i have the tank pulled I might as well fix/update what I can see...

One of the rear body mounts came of relatively easily. The other three, not so much. Two of them seem to have some kind of sleeve sticking through into the bottom rubber piece. It appears to be metal. Is this part of the body? (see pics)

Is it feasible to replace just the rear body mounts, or should I just go ahead and replace them all at the same time, or alternatively, leave them all as-is?

Another question - any tips on getting the panhard bar off? Nuts ain't budging....

All the body mounts will have a metal sleeve that goes through the frame and holds the top and bottom mounts together. I included a picture from Energy Suspension showing the metal sleeve and how the mounts go on the frame. The dashed lines between the mounts represent the frame rail.

If you have a way to do it heat the nuts up and use an impact or breaker bar on them.

Thanks guys. I have not gotten around to breaking off the bolts, but rather decided to get the tank back in and get the truck to the body shop for an estimate. I did manage to POR-15 the frame, although that project extended to POR-15'ing a hose reel and hand truck as well... I often succumb to project creep :-)

I have the same problem with project wander. I had a spot inside my shop door that was always slick when my shoes were a little wet. When I was using the POR-15 on the '70 frame I put a coat on the floor and sprinkled a little Silica sand in it. No more slick spot. That was in 2006 and it is still there.
