Thanks everyone

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome... I had a 75 chevy 3/4 ton disc brake donor truck that I removed the whole front crossmember from my local junk yard for 125 bucks... I used the upper and lower control arms from the 75 and also the disc hubs and all the brake parts as either replacements or cores... And I also used the tie rod ends from the 75.. I took the proportioning valve off and also the master cylinder for a core and switched all those parts over and bought the rubber lines from a 75 and ran them through the frame... Basically the only original 69 c20 parts on the front end is the cross bar for the steering linkage and the gear box... Only new parts were c20-30 73-87 drop spindles and 73-87 big block drop springs... Everything bolted right up and now I'm on 8 lug discs with 5" of front drop

I know this is a super old thread I was just wondering if your stock wheels fit over the new disc brakes I am going to switch my 70 over to discs and most kits say stock wheels on drum brake trucks won't fit
