Dual Air Horn option

Looking in the back of my owner's manual they show a dual air horn setup that includes a vacuum driven compressor, tank, and horns.

I already have what appears to be the same compressor, so I bet I could make it work with a T off of that, plus the little tank and horns.

Anyone ever seen a kit with the GM labelled horns and tank? And I assume there must be a valve somewhere, or is it electric and built into the horns?
