wiper switch

I have a R1500 non tilt steering wheel with intermitent wiper but the connector looks like this Tilt connector

The non tilt steering wheel has a connector like this non tilt connector
https://www.napaonline.com/napa/en/p...061_0372792602

So what year/steering as a thin flat connector with a delay wiper?

And does it make a difference if I don't have a tilt column? Can I use that tilt switch on a non tilt column?
