Radiator Help

Hey guys I have a 1968 C/10 and was wanting to install an aluminum radiator with duel cooling fans. I was wanting ideas of what brand and also was wanting one that you can actually just drop in without modifying, if that is actually possible. I know there are a lot to pick from so please help me narrow it down. Thanks.

Thumbs up Re: Radiator Help

I bought a aluminum radiator off e bay from CHR racing radiator for $180.00. I didn't buy the shourd because several people I know that had them didn't keep them long before they found out they made their truck run hot at speed.

I used the dual Camaro fans that have a flange built around them.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Radiator Help

I'm running Engineering Cooling Products with my own shroud and fan set up (which you can see on my build thread link below) Their radiator looks great and more importantly after 10k+ miles in West Texas heat, it's performed great.

Also, it's a 2 core with 1" fins which is a plus. Here's a link to their shroud set up.
