84 K10 wipers

I should of said square body wipers I guess, I have a 84 K10, it had cruise at one time, it's got delay. I haven't drove the truck much yet, but I tried the wipers the other day and they didn't to work on delay that well, and only seemed like they had one speed. Didn't fool with much, got to much other stuff right now. Just need some info, 84 was the first yr of the dimmer switch on the column, right? My washers don't work, the pump is in the jug. I looked up a wiper motor on line and the pic showed the pump on the motor. I do know the delay module is under the column, what years do the moters and various other parts fit? I always thought 85 up was different but now I'm confused. I'll check it out later, just want a little knowledge on these trucks. Also, do they sell that module aftermarket? I couldn't seem to find it searching, maybe it's called something else.
