67 k10 frame

So i knew my 1967 K10 4x4 had some issues, but when I pulled the box this is what I found. I need some imput from others who have been down this road before.
The frame is cracked and rotted on both sides where the front leaf spring hangers are. Both front hangers are junk. I haven't taken the rear mounts off yet, but they don't look to swell. The rear shackles are in pretty poor condition. The rear crossmember is junk.
I can plate the frame myself and make a crossmember. Or do I do and frame swap, can I buy frame repair kits?
I think I'll have to do a retro fit on the leaf hangers but 67-68 hangers just don't exist.
Thanks

Check with Art's Classic Truck Parts in Indianola, IA. He may have some good used parts or a complete frame. Nice guy and knows his trucks...... Tell him Leon told you to call.

Re: 67 k10 frame

what if you were to swap to a 71 72 frame? then you could have the wider rear axle (if the 4x4 rear ends are like the 2wd) and have disk in the front.
