C30 question

So I'm contemplating buying a 71 C30 Cheyenne Super. Not molested, the camper part of it is long gone. All I want off of it is the stuff I can transfer to a regular size truck chassis.

I'm trying to decide the value. I know the value on the parts I want, but I have zero need for the chassis. I see one of our board members had one he was parting and as far as I can tell no one spoke up for the chassis. I also contacted one of our members that knows a lot about these things. He said most likely just scrap material.

Before I offered a price on the deal I thought I would put it out here to make sure I was on the right page. Worth a few hundred bucks, or scrap? If I get it I have to move the chassis right away, not something I want to hold on to and try to find the right buyer.

Re: C30 question

Well, I wouldn't say 0. What length is it? Guys would possibly be interested in the chassis for a crew cab build. especially if it is a 157". You might call Randall, ATVpro on here. He builds a lot of crew cabs and he only uses the 1 ton type frames. If you were closer I'd be interested in it. Haha
