Drivers side upper plastic cap.
That is on the Blazers and Jimmy at the top of the front windshield frame, where it covers the cuts for removing the top and rear of the windshield frame from the truck door.

A prior owner put on a truck door. But they did not do the small angled cut there, and then did not put a cap back on it.
Only did the two larger cuts - the major vertical/angled cut and the horizontal cut.
