70 a/c

I have a 70 C-10 w/o a/c & its pretty hot here. I have access to a 69-70 w/air donor truck. Has anyone added a/c to a non-air truck? I can't go aftermarket, too spendy. Brian

I havent done it myself, but if you have all the parts, it shouldnt be that hard. Cutting the holes will be the most difficult. Just measure the holes good.

Although I like the factory AC's you may want to check out prices before you decide. Fixing up a factory AC system can be expensive. If you have to buy a condenser, hoses/lines, dryer, duct work, etc. (most used ones are bad), the cost can be substantial.

Just a thought.
