blinker lever reufes to come out

What is the secret? I watched the videos and I had it out many many years ago. I need to tighten my tilt wheel and this lever refuses to budge.

Any secrets before i break something?

1989 v2500.

Thanks,
Chris

Re: blinker lever reufes to come out

Never mind, rotated it 360 while applying a lot of pressure and it popped out. Not sure where it aligned but it did.
