Like most contractors around here this guy had several things going at once all closer to his shop . It amounted to demo took place two months before anyone started the rebuild . then toward the end of things he tried to hire local guys to do some of stuff . I drive up and bust them blowing dope on the front steps . This kept up with different crews until a husband and wife team showed up . They were slow but lots better . You could turn you back on them and not worry. We were nearing a year and with the rental house being sold out from under us and the years worth of problems we finally reached a point I could finish things . Lacked 3 days of being a full year . Kind of a mutual agreement he was done and we needed back in .
