Needing a driveshaft

1970 C10 coil spring rear, LWB. Have a HD carrier bearing bracket coming from captain fab. The trucks just going to be a driver with a 5.3/4l60e. Plan on staying with a 2 piece DS. What’s the best donor to look for in a salvage yard. I found a 82 S10 with a 2 piece DS. There are no squarebodys. How about any 88-98 OBS trucks. The carrier bearing looks to be the same HD style. There are a lot of them in the yard. I need a starting point I can take to the DS shop.

Re: Needing a driveshaft

I have a 2pc driveshaft from a 71 LWB c10 chassis that I tore apart for the rear and power steering. Shipping might be a bit steep to send it where the wind comes whistling down the plains
