Transfer case bolt questions

Anyone have/offer the proper bolt kit for the rebuilding of a NP205? Would like to find correct bolts in yellow zinc.

Or if anyone knows of a good plating company that can actually yellow sink my originals I would appreciate the lead.

Re: Transfer case bolt questions

The company I retired from has a plating plant and can do yellow zinc. It won't be cheap. They have a minimun charge that far exceeds the cost of the bolts.
Douglas Machine Metal Finishing. Alexandria MN.
As an alternative most grade 8 bolts at the box stores are yellow in color.

Re: Transfer case bolt questions

I would check to see what is available at a NAPA store. Their Grade 8 bolts have a Gold Zinc plating.
