Truck slows too much when coasting.

1972 C10 350 with turbo 400 trans.
When I let up off the gas, it's like I'm braking. Trans shifts fine. Brakes aren't dragging. Maybe bad torque converter? Thanks.

I had that same problem years ago 78 454 TH400, with stock converter.

Mine was the idle speed was too low. Friend adj. It, he was into trans linkage adj, vacuum and idle speed adj. It had 6 bolt converter.
