WTB-Power Steering Brackets-LWP

im needing some power steering brackets off a 73-79 350 with long water pump. changed my engine out with lwp one and its last piece i need and needing them bad. my resevoir bolts on with two bolts in back and one in front and its the saginaw type. thanks in advance

if no one has for sale would anyone be willing to trade for lwp brackets for swp brackets? surely someone is changing over opposite way as me.

There is FOUR different styles that are all very simular and some of them will mount to others but will not have any adjustment. If your running A/C or not I think also effects it. I am in the process of trying to make a stock pile of what I have and sell some of it off. At one time I had a single pully pump off a no A/C 77 350. I don't know if I still have it. What I don't know is if it was a long pump or not. I plan to do a little digging and inventory this weekend and I'll see if I can find it and if it has a part number.

ok this is jsut on the power steering subject.
why cant i find brackets around here for my power steering pump. I would have to order it from like jegs or something. and there not cheep.
so i just mad a homemaid one and it works but i want to get new and better one.
As well as around here i cant even buy the pump with the pully and the bracket.
does anyone know why?

dont have air conditioning on mine. i would modify bracket i have but its cast so cant weld to with what welding equipment i have. thanks beater, if you got one maybe you could post a pic and i can prob tell if it will work. as far as finding a new one all the ones ive seen new are for swp. any info you guys dig up would be great.

I know you can get the parts from the large Chevy cars like the Impala. They are basically trucks in car sheetmetal. I would guess you might also be able to find the parts on the mid size stuff as well.

I found the brackets I needed for an 83 truck a few years ago on a Caprice.

I have one off a 77 350 i just parted out. Complete pump and brackets No leeks. $40. + the ride for pump and brackets. Or $25. for the brackets shipped in. (less weight). I am in western n.c.Erick

thats great, its sold but i just need the brackets for the 25 as i got a new pump long as the pumps the same. can you take paypal or if not pm me on how you want to do this.
