wanted chassis or whole truck....

I need a chassis for my 50 model 1/2 ton truck. I will take anything from a bare frame all the way up to a parts truck.

I'm in DFW Texas, but will travel for the right deal. I have a diesel truck and trailer, so I'm not scared to road trip it.

PS..there was a post on here late last year by a Texas guy who had a truck that was crushed by a pole or tree or something. Guy was in Ft Worth Texas area. I can't find the post because of the board change. If you are him, or know who it was, please respond. That truck would have been perfect for what I need.

Hey there fellow Texan, I relocated from Ft Worth two years ago to Memphis. I saw an ad yesterday that is here locally you may be interested in. It reads 1950 5 window project truck with two parts trucks all for $1000, I want the 5 window but have no space for the parts trucks, and I am a couple of hundred shy of a grand right now. So if you are interested you can call this guy at 901-867-7920. Maybe we could buy them and you could get the parts trucks. Let me know if you are interested. Jeremy.

I'd like a frame with at least rear springs and front end too. I'll be putting a later rear end into it, so I don't really need a stock rear end. I do want front axle and springs though.

Frankly, it would need to be pretty cheap to offset the drive with trailer in tow.

If you have what I'm looking for, let me know, and how much $ you're looking to get out of it.

Marty!

I spent last weekend securing my 50 onto a S-10 chassis. It's a great swap. If you need motivation, PM me and I can steer you at some rightous S-10 chassied 48-54 trucks.
