What should I do?
3 weeks ago, I sent out a money order for a part to a certain board member. I have not received the part yet. The part is small, actually a GMC center console emblem to be exact, but the seller has not responded to private messaging. I also know that it does not take 3 weeks to ship such a small part.
I sent another PM right before creating this thread to let this person know I was going to make a thread about it. I remember hearing stories about people not getting things they bought from this board member, so I guess it is one of the "shame on me" scenarios. However, this board member has been around for a while and I felt would be a trustworthy seller. Also, no, this board member was not banned (as far as I know). any tips or advice on what I should do if this person doesnt respond? thanks

Depends on who it is. For instance if it's DesertRat I don't think he's even been around for a LONG time. His health issues are up and down.
Like I said it depends. It might have been more constructive to just post a threat to ask "Has anyone heard from <member-name-here>?" to get an idea if they're around before talking about the deal itself...

well, there is a reason i did not mention the board member's name...if for some reason it was out of their hands, then i do not want to make them look bad because of the circumstances. I jsut want to get the part that I already paid for, thats all. I'm not out to drag their name thru the mud (unless it turns out that is what they deserve).
