70 Jimmy 2wd conversion project for sale in Oregon 454!

Loosing my shop space soon. Must sell.

70 Jimmy:

454 (30k undocumented miles on rebuild) HEI, freshly painted red.
Dynomax ceramic coated Chevelle headers (New but some scratches from install)
Turbo 400 w/B&M shift kit. 15K undocumented miles.
3:07 posi rear 12 bolt.
Notched 72 xmember (1.5") w/Early classic drop spindles and 6 lug disks (new).
New calipers/hoses
New Doeschtek (sp) shocks
Cut springs (powdercoated)
New outer tie rods (inners were fairly new at project start)
Rear flip kit not installed
New rag joint
New cowl rubber
Inner fenders in primer and undercoated
Firewall in primer

Power steering/brakes
Tilt steering

Chrome wing windows (not installed)
Bucket seats (not stock, not installed)
Rear folding seat (not installed)
Double wall top in decent shape, not perfect.
New rubber on widows and top of windshield.
Referbished windshield frame.
New windshield and rubber.
Trailer hitch, not installed.
Aluminum slots (two polished and two not completly polished)
BFG 295/50/15s on the polished rims.
Other stuff too. I'll add as I remember.

Rusty rockers and some floorboard pitting
Front fender has some pitting at bottom.
Grill is in great shape.
No bumbers (Have a painted one in rough shape that I was going to fix and paint w/brackets).
