I want/NEED a good, cheap K5

I had a line to buy a good running rust-free K5 in Oregon for dirt cheap and the wanker sold it out from under me even after I told him I already got the loan. So now I am stuck with extra money and nothing to spend it on. I don't have much though. Here is what I want

1987-1991 K5
sm465
rust free
stock
under $1800

That shouldn't be too much to ask, right? I know these deals exist, they are just hard to find, especially in the Midwest. That is why I am prepared to drive long and far to find the deal of a lifetime, so if you know of one, please inform me. I can go anywhere from IN to WA. Thanks.

Sure, I'll go anywhere as long as it meets the criteria! WV, is that rust country or not? I am very adamant about the rust thing as I have messed with rust my whole life and am getting very tired of it.
