Fiberglass body parts?

Am I missing something...I was looking for a search function on this message board and when I found something it says disabled...

What I was searching for was if this topic has beed addressed before...being new to this board I don't want to beat old topics that you old timers' (to the board) have worn out already

I found http://www.usbodysource.com/ and back when I had my old blazer project I contacted them and they said they no longer have fiberglass tubs for the 69-72 blazer...they said there wasn't a call for it so they don't mold them anymore. I know ideally steal is the way to restore something but in looking at options and such I was wondering if anyone has run across fiberglass tubs?

I can work with fiberglass and filler better than a welder and no rust sounds nice to me and 30% weight?

Any thoughts?

JT

PS this place sells front hoods and cowels and a complete forward fold-down hood/fenders...would make engine tuning very convenient!
