Rocker Box End Caps ?

Are these just bolted on like it looks or is it a bigger job than I hope ?
I just found out the PO tried to hide a rotted cap with rhino liner......lucky me !

Bolted to the floor board, rocker box, and mud shield(?, don't know exactly what's they're called). PO did the same on mine.

I've got a good set if you need them, $30. I recently pulled them off a Blazer, complete with the fasteners.
