Thumbs up big orange

well i think i am about recovered from a road trip to south carolina 1761 miles in 4 days . went and bought a truck off donnie and it was everything he had said it was,69 c 10 99% rust free, very straight and unmolested. my wife and i had a great time with his family and really would have liked to stay for awhile, but time wasn't on my side.we also met rally fast in knoxville on the way down and made a deal on a nice long bed he had. on the way home we were supposed to pick up the bed but hit a real problem,we couldn't find any bodys to help load when we got back to knoxville. after a little dealing i talked rally out of his short step bed so now i guess my truck is going to recover as a short step. i am really happy i found this board seems every one i meet from the board have been very good people and extremely honest. i guess now i have to get to work so i can post so progess pictures looks like we are going down to the frame now and do the ebfabman slice and dice frame job.i am looking forward to meeting other members in the future. donnie since your going to bristol hows about driving that sweet orange burb to ill well gotta go now lots of work ahead. snow man building rust free trucks in illinois ain't easy but i like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Big Orange is having problems posting messages on the new board. I'm sure he sends a Big "Your Welcome" on his behalf.
