You may already know this site, but if not

http://www.500cid.com/

Most of the stuff you would want can be found there new.

Aluminum Edelbrock intakes are available at Summit/Jegs new for $255. Haven't found any used ones for sale anywhere.

I've got several engines but I'm in PA and shipping to TX would not be good. If you have any arrangements for shipping/trucking though I could cut a great deal though.

I bought the mounting plate from Mr. high torque himself. I made a blueprint of the plate needed for an easy swap. If you would like me to send , jusk ask and I will be more than happy to help you save some coin

Cool Caddy Info.

Hey, if you want a good street Caddy motor it should be 71+ in the year made so you can run pump gas. If you make the mistake of an early block like I did 69-472, You will have to run the best fuel + octane booster or she will spark ping like or cut your timing in half. What would be a
shame. When set up right with the right fuel they are way more impressive
than any small block. Sorry guys, it's the bold truth!

thanks man, i appreciate it..

I just used 73& up engine mount towers in mine. Moved them forward, trimmed them a tad, and bolted them in.

There are no stupid ?'s Yes, with this plate set up you can mount a Caddy Motor in any truck or Gm car. I installed the plate to the motor mounts, lowered the engine and tranny down in place with tranny mount bolted in proper position. Mark hole locations to bolt plate down, than pick unit back up
to take off mounts and drill holes to bolt adapter plates to cross over frame. I bolted mine and welded plate in place for extra support. Then set motor and tranny in place, put big center bolt thru the Caddy stock motor mount and motor is in. Changing engines is a snap if you wish to go back to Chevy, just remove plate and put back stock towers. But I do not think you will, big torque spoils you real quick!
