valve question.

this question is not really related to any truck but i figured i would post it on here because there are a lot of knowledgable people on this board. ok i need to know if any company such as parker makes a valve that is capable of holding extreme pressure and can be open or closed. most valves that i know of cant hold that much pressure and are normally closed but with power open. i need a valve that can either be normally closed or normally open. in other words i need a valve that wont burn up. i know its gonna be a industrial valve. i dont care about speed and it needs to be hydrolic capable. any help would be appreciated.
