Nice clean look. Is powdercoating expensive? What did it cost to do that fan?

That looks great!

I have a question though...do powdercoated things ever rust?

Sooner or later anything will rust. Powder coat is a thick layer of paint that is baked on instead of sprayed on. It keeps oxygen and water away from the metal longer (if prepped and done properly). It's also harder to chip which helps also.

So you can't say the parts will NEVER rust, but it should last years.

why would you powdercoat your rotors? it would just all chip off the first time you use your brakes..
