I put a Trenz grille on my GMC today

I bought this GMC grille shell with a Trenz polished insert used from another member on FSC.

My GMC went from this - GMC HD grille shell with painted GMC emblem:

To this in a matter of minutes:

What do you think?

Nice! You know that my GMC I just got.......... I think I need one of those!!! Is that the lay over type, or the one where the OEM grill is cut out?

It is the OEM cutout type. I really like it, I've been thinking about doing this mod all summer and this one showed up FS on FSC

Nice Joe. Can you put the GMC emblem back on? Just looks like it belongs there. Maybe a nostalgia throw back to a different type of emblem? Thinking out loud again.

Thanks

1999-2002 I really like the nice smooth look of the GMC. The Silverado front end those years just looked too much like an S-10

Now 2003-2006 is a different story, I'd take a Silverado over that brick wall of a GMC any day. At least GMC could have centered the grille emblem
