Re: let's see some engine compartments.

Here is mine!

I've cleaned the wiring up a bit, swapped a new serp kit on that relocates the alt to the other side, and relocated the cruise control module, but looks basically the same

Oh, I do have a front clip on now too, lol

Re: let's see some engine compartments.

well i dont have pics,,but just think 454,,leaks oil from about anywhere it can leak from..covered in grease oil and road dirt...i got a gasket kit for it,,bu thave not got around to pulling the motor to put it in..waiting till it starts warming up,,maybe this next summer since i sold my bussiness...of course after i get my 68 up and runing...then its time to get busy on the 84..its my first baby,,so b4 i get to invloved with the 68 other than an engine for it,,the 84 is first to get rebuilt...

Re: let's see some engine compartments.

Thats a TPI serp setup, I've got an identical setup on my truck now.

And very nice D60 too -- I wish I could afford one of those suckers

Re: let's see some engine compartments.

I was able to get the entire setup nutts, bolts, alt, ps pump, etc.. off of a donor 1992 Firebird. But yes I do believe that it is identical to the GM performance parts kit.
